Refunds & Cancellations – Due to the nature and development of our products, we cannot provide refunds or cancellations for any reason. This includes delay in shipping, item on backorder, or/once you receive the item you ordered. Should there be an error on our end, we will exchange the item and can only refund the difference, if the actual item is over the amount charged. Incorrect or Broken Item - If you receive either (a) broken item or (b) incorrect item (due to our error) please email us within 3 days that package was delivered to you. Please follow the steps below:
- Please provide an image of the broken or incorrect items. (Be sure that the image is clear.)
- Attach image to the email and include a description of the error.
- Please place your order number in the subject line of the email
Please note: If your order arrives broken or is the incorrect item, we can only exchange and send you a replacement. Once you return and we receive the broken/incorrect item sent back to us, we will then process and ship the correct item. (Please see return address below)
